Time to Shine Cleaning services is based in Crawcrook NE40. We cover most of the North East, including Newcastle, Gateshead, Sunderland and some parts of Northumberland and Durham.
We have an office based shop, open to the public, for anyone to call in for a chat.
We pride ourselves in being friendly, hardworking and none judgemental. Our staff are fully trained and based in different areas to cover our regular domestic clients.
DOMESTIC CLEANING
We have a brilliant relationship with our regular clients. You will be provided with regular cleaning staff and we have weekly, fortnightly or monthly options available.
Having a regular cleaner has been proven to reduce stress and free up your family time. It’s also been shown to reduce arguments with the other half!
If you need some help with an older relative, we can provide a smaller cleaning slot for them to help with any struggles.
All products and appliances are supplied by us, including mops and a hoover. If you’d like us to use your products then please let us know.
We are fully insured and can provide any insurance documentation on request.
DBS certificates can also be shown if requested. Our team of staff are fully trained, friendly and professional.
Beds can be stripped and changed within your booking time. Just leave your bedding out for us and we will do the rest. Tidying up can also be included as part of your booking time.
You don’t need to be home for us to clean. Lots of our clients are at work when we arrive. If you’d like to supply us with a key, this can be kept safe for you and used on the day of your cleaning slot.
We use a booking in system and a reminder text is sent out to you 2 days before your appointment.
We require 48 hours notice for any cancellations, otherwise payment is required.

Are you moving house?
Our full end of tenancy packages cover everything for you. A full top to bottom deep clean of your old/new home.
Our packages also include all appliances and the insides of cupboards. We supply all products and appliances.
We can also add on any carpet or upholstery cleaning and we can provide you with waste disposal if needed.
